HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOL
To ensure the safety of our staff and guests we have taken additional precautions from check-in to check-out, including, but not limited to, the addition of rigorous cleaning protocols, increasing the frequency of cleaning, and placing hand sanitizing stations throughout the property. Below are some of the measures we are taking to ensure your health and safety.
Masks and Gloves
Masks are required for all associates within the hotel and gloves will be available for all of our associates if requested. Our entire team is trained on the importance of wearing protective equipment, and will be taking precautions to provide a safe environment for our guests.
Frequent hand-washing as well as overall hand hygiene is vital to keep you and the community safe. We keep hand sanitizer and sanitizing stations readily available throughout our hotel — at all exits, the front desk, elevators, other public spaces, and associate work areas.
We have increased interval cleaning protocols in all public areas with attention to disinfecting high touch areas and surfaces such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, light switches, handles, phones, handrails, tables, chairs, and tableware.
During check-in, social distancing guidelines will be followed including the use of sneeze guards at the front desk. Our bell carts will be cleaned and sanitized after every use.
Remote check out will be encouraged with key drop stations in the lobby.
Your room is your room. To minimize direct contact with housekeeping staff, your room will not be serviced during the stay. Should you need anything during your stay, please contact the front desk and we will promptly deliver the items outside of your door.
No reusable materials will be stored in your room.
Upon check-out, guest rooms will undergo an enhanced sanitization protocol performed and inspected by our Cleanliness Specialist.
